- Developed architectural frameworks improving consistency, reuse and delivery efficiency
- Provided strategic architecture governance for multi-million-dollar initiatives

Digital Transformation & Service Manager
Vector — 2019 to 2021 | Auckland
Responsible for shaping and delivering technology transformation roadmaps across delivery, DevOps, and operational capability.
Key outcomes:
- Managed multi-vendor relationships while optimising cost and improving service reliability
- Defined KPIs and OKRs improving delivery visibility and operational decision-making
